About me
Hey, I'm Em and I am a designer based in Edinburgh, Scotland
My love for design stems from finding issues with and redesigning a laptop tray that my mum owned and was struggling to use (she was using the tray as her hands were sore from her Multiple Sclerosis). Since this moment, I have always tried to see from the perspective of someone who may not be spoken for or represented.

As someone who is very tactile and needs stimulants from the items around me, interactive exhibitions and experiential design have always been something that I have gotten enjoyment from. My work caters to all, and I always think about the accessibility of all who interact with my work so that everyone can enjoy the experience.

The most important part of design for me is creating for everyone and making a change in the industry. Getting people to shift their minds to design for people they might not think about.

I specialise in exhibition and experiential, however, I am always up for something new and different. I am also skilled in editorial, branding, motion graphics and advertising.

Shirts of the month
I own over 100 patterned shirts, which add to my style and expression in everyday life. Each shirt of the month is pictured, named and includes a little description of how I acquired it. I love shirts, so I like to showcase this love for them to others.

Bus Seat Shirt
I call this my bus seat shirt as it reminds me of the patterns you get on the seats on coaches. I got this shirt years ago on Depop. It is still one of my favourites.
Crisp Shirt

Do I need to explaing the name for this one? I like this shirt as it is from an expensive clothing company but I got it for £20. What a steal

Funky Vinyl
This is one of the all time favourite shirts. The designs on it are created out of iron on vinyl and the shirt was made by a lady who takes old shirts and repurposes them into soemthing intresting and new.
Climbing Enthusiast
Recently, I have become a new climbing enthusiast and I feel that it is a great way to get exercise, socialise and blow off some steam.

Still not the most advanced climber, but I go for the enjoyment and thrill of it all.
